More than 99% of our customers are completely satisfied with their new custom
diamond ring. The odds are encouraging that you will join the many thousands
of happy customers that we have served to date. We will make 100% certain
that you are not stuck with a ring that doesn't suit your tastes and desires
or doesn’t measure up to your expectations.
Our easy return policy allows you to try before you decide. Simply choose,
configure, and customize any ring style and we will send it for your review.
A few short days later, your new ring will arrive where you can try before
you decide. If you decide not to keep it, simply send it back for a full
refund. We will even help arrange the return. We hope this new
approach to buying a ring makes the lifetime of ownership simple and easy
without the risks.
Just a few important notes that our legal department requires: Every order comes with a thirty (30) day return inspection period, which begins on the order date, and a seven (7) day grace period, which begins on the date your ring is received, whichever allows you more time. If you are not 100% satisfied, simply contact us by phone so we may process your return. Our extended grace period provides the extra time needed for return shipping transit times. Please provide us with the return shipping tracking number before the inspection or grace period expires.
Normally there are no return fees except under these
rare occasions: very large or very small ring sizes, eternity style rings
that cannot be resized, hand engravings or hand etching, matching wedding
bands, cancellations, and expedited services. Please call or email us first
if you are concerned that your purchase may be subject to a return fee. If
applicable, the nominal fee is currently 15%. Again, it’s rare
that any of our rings would be subject to any fees. Our customer service
department can make some written exceptions for your convenience. A more detailed description follows next:
- Normal lady ring sizes are 4 thru 8 1/2.
- Eternity style rings cannot be resized since the stones complete the entire
span of the ring.
- Hand engraving and hand-etched designs cannot be resized.
- Matching wedding bands are custom made to fit an individual engagement
ring and are not interchangeable. We highly recommend against matching one
of our wedding bands or anniversary rings to an existing engagement ring
that was not originally manufactured by us. It is nearly impossible to make
this type of purchase online. Please visit a local jeweler for this type
of purchase. Anniversary rings purchased, which are designed to be worn
as a ‘right hand’ ring are not subject to a fee.
- All orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. Orders cancelled that are later reinstated are still subject to the fee if returned for any reason or cancelled again. Please do your research prior to placing an order.
- Expedited services include orders to be delivered by a specific date or rushed. Expedited services include orders to be delivered by a specific date or rushed. This includes the following circumstances: rush orders received where you are not happy with the quality, rush orders that were delayed in production or shipment, rush orders not fulfilled correctly, rush order for any other reason regardless of fault that want to be returned for a refund. We are happy to accept some rush orders, but please contact our customer service department first. Some rush orders will not be accepted. Additional resources are used to prioritize such rush orders, so we will do our absolute best to accommodate each rush request. There are no exceptions whatsoever to a waiver of the fee for any rush order.
Other important points to note:
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- In order to expedite order delivery, occasionally your appraisal and/or
diamond certification may arrive separately. Returns without the original
diamond certification in original condition are subject to a $250 replacement
fee.
- Please be sure to obtain the proper ring size first prior to ordering.
- Although we make every effort to publish accurate pricing and product
information, errors may occur. If an error is found, we will notify you
prior to processing your order. Your credit card will NOT be charged. If
we cannot contact you, we will place your order on hold pending approval.
